Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 garlic clove, minced

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 package of wonton wrappers (about 40 wrappers)

1 egg, beaten (for sealing)

Cooking spray or olive oil for brushing

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, crumbled feta, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well incorporated.

Assemble the Wontons: Lay a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of the spinach and ricotta filling in the center of the wrapper. Using your finger or a brush, moisten the edges of the wrapper with the beaten egg to help seal it.

Fold the Wontons: Fold the wonton in half to create a triangle shape and press the edges to seal tightly. For additional decoration, you can also pinch the edges for a crimped look. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Air Fry the Wontons: Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C). Arrange the wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other. Lightly spray or brush the tops with cooking spray or olive oil.

Cooking Time: Air fry the wontons for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

Serve: Once cooked, remove the wontons from the air fryer and let them cool slightly. Serve warm with a dipping sauce of your choice, such as sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or a homemade yogurt dip.
