4 large flour tortillas

2 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, and diced

1/3 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 cup powdered sugar

1-2 tablespoons milk (to create glaze)

A pinch of salt

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
