6 strips of crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

8 large romaine or butter lettuce leaves

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Chicken: If you haven't cooked the chicken breasts yet, you can boil or grill them until fully cooked. Once done, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
