8 ounces of your choice pasta (penne or fusilli work great)

1 block (about 8 ounces) of feta cheese

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Preheat Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare Baking Dish: In a large baking dish, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well to coat the tomatoes evenly.

      Add Feta: Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the tomato mixture. Drizzle a little extra olive oil over the feta and season it with a pinch of salt and pepper.

        Bake: Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the feta is soft and slightly golden, and the tomatoes are blistered.
