1 large flatbread or naan

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (use rotisserie or grilled chicken)

1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup pickled jalapeños (optional for a spicy kick)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil
