Ingredients

For the Beef Skewers:

1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Skewers (wooden or metal)

For the Peach Salsa:

2 ripe peaches, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional for heat)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

Instructions

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the beef cubes to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for better flavor.

Prepare the Skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Make the Peach Salsa: In a medium bowl, mix the diced peaches, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt to taste. Allow the salsa to sit for at least 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Skewer the Beef: Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.

Grill the Skewers: Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked to your desired doneness (medium-rare: 130°F, medium: 140°F, well-done: 160°F).

Serve: Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve with the fresh peach salsa on the side.
