1 cup rolled oats

1 ½ cups coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)

½ cup fresh blueberries (plus extra for topping)

¼ cup shredded unsweetened coconut

2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt

Optional toppings: sliced bananas, chopped nuts, chia seeds

Instructions
 

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the rolled oats, coconut milk, shredded coconut, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well to ensure that all the oats are submerged in the liquid.
