Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Prepare Biscuit Dough: Open the biscuit dough can and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half to create 16 pieces.

Fill Biscuits: Flatten each piece of biscuit dough into a small circle. Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each circle.

Seal Bombs: Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the cheese and pinch to seal, ensuring the cheese is fully enclosed to prevent leaking during baking.

Coat with Garlic Butter: Dip each garlic butter bomb into the garlic butter mixture, coating it thoroughly. Place each bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Add Parmesan: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of each butter bomb for an extra cheesy flavor.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and puffed up.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the top for added flavor. Serve warm and enjoy!
