2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme mix)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for cooking

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian herbs, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly blended, creating a creamy chicken filling.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a quarter of the chicken filling in the center of the tortilla, then add a handful of baby spinach or mixed greens over the top. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll from the bottom up, tightly securing the filling inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

      Cook the Wraps: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, place the prepared wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy, then carefully flip the wraps and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side.

        Serve: Once cooked to a crispy perfection, remove the wraps from the skillet. Allow them to cool slightly before slicing in half. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce, such as marinara or ranch.
