Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup sour cream

2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray or butter.

      Mix Base Ingredients:

        In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, sour cream, cooked pasta, and frozen mixed vegetables. Stir until completely mixed.

          Season the Mixture:

            Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt to the mixture. Stir well to evenly distribute the spices throughout the casserole mixture.

              Cheesy Goodness:

                Fold in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until it's well incorporated into the mixture.

                  Assemble the Casserole:

                    Pour the chicken and pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
