Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Bake

12 oz penne pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

6 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 (15 oz) can of diced tomatoes, drained

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until well combined and smooth. Stir in the ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

        Combine Ingredients: To the cream cheese mixture, add in the cooked chicken, chopped bacon, drained diced tomatoes, cooked penne pasta, and half of both the cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Stir until everything is well coated in the sauce.

          Layer the Bake: Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

            Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

              Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
