Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks (preferably 70% cacao)

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for drizzling)

A pinch of sea salt (for topping)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until fully combined and smooth, adjusting the sweetness to your taste.

Spread the Yogurt Mixture: Line a baking sheet or a flat dish with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet and spread it evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.

Add the Strawberries: Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries across the yogurt layer, pressing them down gently so they stick.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate.

Drizzle the Chocolate: Using a spoon or a piping bag, drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt and strawberries in a decorative pattern. If desired, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top for added flavor.

Freeze the Bark: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Break into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer and break it into pieces using your hands or a sharp knife.

Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately or store the bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving, if desired.
