Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream-style corn, milk, sour cream, and eggs. Whisk until fully blended.
Stir in the cornbread mix, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
Gently fold in the sweet corn and grated cheddar cheese until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Pour the casserole mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
