2 ripe avocados

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (approximately 1 lime)

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt (to taste)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper (to taste)

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

1 small jalapeño, seeds removed and finely diced (optional, for heat)

Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
