Ingredients

4 large whole wheat tortillas

2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

1 cup fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cumin powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 medium tomato, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Avocado Spread: In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocados with a fork until smooth. Add the Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, and cumin powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until creamy and fully combined.

Prepare the Filling: In a separate bowl, combine the diced tomato, red onion, and feta cheese (if using). Toss gently to combine, ensuring the ingredients are evenly mixed.

Heat the Tortillas: Warm the whole wheat tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 10-15 seconds on each side, just until they become pliable.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the creamy avocado mixture over the tortilla, leaving about an inch from the edges. Top with a handful of fresh spinach leaves and a portion of the tomato-onion mixture.

Wrap It Up: Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Optional Grilling: If desired, grill the wraps on a skillet or panini press for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half diagonally and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.
