Creamy Buffalo Chicken Pasta Bake

8 oz (about 2 cups) uncooked penne pasta

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)

1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust according to spice preference)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional, for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or spray it with non-stick cooking spray.

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
