8 oz (225 g) penne pasta

1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once heated, add the cubed chicken and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from heat.

        Prepare the Broccoli: If using fresh broccoli, steam or boil the florets for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. If using frozen, simply thaw them in the microwave. Once ready, combine the broccoli with the cooked chicken.

          Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low, then add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Next, pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring well to combine. Add cream cheese and let it melt into the mixture until smooth, followed by the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

            Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, and creamy sauce, stirring gently until everything is well coated.

              Bake: Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle extra mozzarella cheese on top for a golden crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
