1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil. Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
