12 oz penne pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

4 cups fresh spinach

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, add spinach and cook until wilted. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring this mixture to a gentle simmer.

        Add Cheese and Chicken: Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Then add the cooked chicken and lemon juice, mixing well.
