2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 whole-wheat pita pockets

1 cup mixed lettuce greens (e.g., romaine, spinach)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

Optional: crumbled feta cheese for garnish

Prepare the Creamy Dill Ranch Dressing: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh dill, ranch seasoning, lemon juice, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and well combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired.
