1 lb (450g) rotini pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup (240ml) chicken broth

1 cup (240ml) heavy cream

1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes (for a spicy kick)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
