4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Sear the Chicken: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and sear for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown but not fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Prepare the Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, taking care not to let it brown.

        Make it Creamy: Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

          Add Spinach: Once the sauce is simmering, add the fresh spinach and stir until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

            Combine Chicken and Sauce: Return the seared chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the chicken and spinach.

              Bake: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
