Ingredients

1 can (15 oz) of cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

3 cloves of garlic, minced

1/4 cup tahini

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: red pepper flakes, for a spicy kick

Instructions

In a food processor, combine the cannellini beans, minced garlic, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and ground cumin.

Pulse the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. If the dip is too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until you reach your desired consistency.

Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Blend again to incorporate the seasoning.

Once the dip is prepared, transfer it to a serving bowl. Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top and sprinkle with fresh parsley for a pop of color. If desired, sprinkle red pepper flakes for an extra kick.

Serve the dip with pita chips, vegetable sticks, or crusty bread for dipping. Enjoy!
