1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for serving)

12 ounces (340g) pasta (fettuccine, penne, or your choice)

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions
 

Roast the Tomatoes:

      - On a baking sheet, toss the cherry tomatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out in a single layer.
