  • 4.0 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.0 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1.0 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2.0 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Shrimp: Start by patting the shrimp dry using paper towels. This is essential for achieving that crispy texture in the air fryer.
  • Marinate: In a large bowl, add the shrimp and drizzle with olive oil. Then, mix in the minced garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Toss until the shrimp are well-coated in the marinade. Let this sit for about 15 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. This step is crucial for achieving that crispy exterior.
  • Arrange Shrimp: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with a little olive oil. Evenly place the marinated shrimp in a single layer in the basket. Avoid overcrowding for better air circulation.
  • Air Fry: Cook the shrimp at 400°F for 9.0 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The shrimp should be golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
  • Garnish and Serve: Once cooked, transfer the shrimp to a serving plate, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zesty kick.
