1/2 cup white vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon sea salt (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

Prep the Potatoes: Start by washing the potatoes thoroughly. Peel (if desired) and cut them into 1-inch thick wedges or fries.
