2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons corn starch (for extra crispiness)

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional, for a cheesy flavor)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking.

    Prepare Sweet Potatoes: In a large bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and corn starch. Toss everything together until the sweet potatoes are well coated.

      Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned sweet potato cubes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure there’s enough space between each piece to ensure they get crispy.

        Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping the sweet potatoes halfway through for even browning. Bake until they are golden brown and crispy.

          Add Cheese (Optional): If you’re using parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the sweet potatoes for the last 5 minutes of baking. This will allow the cheese to melt and create a delicious, crispy topping.
