1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon ranch seasoning mix

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Chickpeas: After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, ensure they are completely dry by patting them with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. This step is crucial for achieving maximum crunch!
