Ingredients

12 oz penne pasta

1 cup sliced salami

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1 cup diced ham

1 cup grape tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup black and/or green olives, sliced

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 cups marinara sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh basil for garnish

Olive oil for drizzling

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Meats: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced salami, pepperoni, and diced ham. Add the halved grape tomatoes and sliced olives to the bowl.

Mix the Ingredients: Once the pasta has cooled slightly, add it to the bowl with the meats and veggies. Pour in the marinara sauce, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Assemble the Bake: Transfer the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Evenly spread the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Drizzle with Olive Oil: Lightly drizzle olive oil over the top of the cheese to help it brown and add flavor.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

Enjoy: Serve warm as a hearty meal, and enjoy the delicious flavors of your charcuterie board in pasta form!
