Ingredients

8 oz. elbow macaroni (or any pasta of your choice)

1 cup diced salami

1 cup diced pepperoni

1 cup diced prosciutto

1 cup sliced black olives

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups marinara sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the elbow macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente (about 7-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced salami, diced pepperoni, diced prosciutto, sliced olives, halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Mix the Cheeses: In another bowl, combine the ricotta cheese with half of the mozzarella and half of the cheddar cheese. Add this cheese mixture to the pasta and meat mixture, folding gently to combine.

Add the Sauce: Pour the marinara sauce into the mixture, mixing until everything is well coated.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Lightly grease a 9x13 inch (or similar size) baking dish. Pour the pasta mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella, cheddar, and the grated Parmesan evenly over the top.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.

Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, let the pasta bake sit for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving. Enjoy your cheesy charcuterie pasta bake!
