1 lb chicken breast, diced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 small corn tortillas

For the Creamy Avocado Sauce:

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt, to taste

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Toppings:

Shredded lettuce

Diced tomatoes

Crumbled feta cheese or shredded cheese

Sliced jalapeños (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    - In a medium bowl, combine the diced chicken, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly with the spices.

      - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking. Once done, remove from heat.

        Make the Creamy Avocado Sauce:

          - In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

            Warm the Tortillas:

              - In a separate dry skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 20-30 seconds on each side, or until they are soft and pliable. Alternatively, you can wrap them in aluminum foil and warm in the oven.
