1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Zest and juice of 1 lime

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Slaw:

2 cups shredded green cabbage

1 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

For Serving:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

Slices of avocado

Lime wedges

Additional fresh cilantro for garnish

Prepare the Slaw: In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, and red onion. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
