3 ripe peaches, sliced

4 cups fresh arugula

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinaigrette and honey. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
