Ingredients

1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt

3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced

½ cup granola

¼ cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or pistachios)

Optional: a sprinkle of sea salt or mini chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth and creamy.

Line the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet (about 9x13 inches) with parchment paper, allowing a bit of overhang for easy removal later.

Spread the Yogurt Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, creating a ½-inch thick layer.

Add Strawberries and Toppings: Arrange the thinly sliced strawberries evenly over the yogurt layer. Then, sprinkle the granola and chopped nuts on top. For an extra touch, add a light sprinkle of sea salt or a few mini chocolate chips.

Freeze the Yogurt Bark: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for about 4-6 hours or until completely set.

Cut and Serve: Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the baking sheet using the parchment paper. Place it on a cutting board and cut into pieces (either squares or rectangles) using a sharp knife.

Enjoy or Store: Enjoy immediately or store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Perfect for snacks or dessert!
