Ingredients

2 cups mixed frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or your preferred yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

1 cup granola (optional for crunch)

1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Berry Mixture: In a blender or food processor, combine the mixed frozen berries with 1 tablespoon of honey (or maple syrup) and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth, but still slightly chunky for texture. You can add more sweetener if desired. Set aside.

Make the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, the remaining tablespoon of honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Swirl It Together: To create the clusters, take a tablespoon of the yogurt mixture and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Use the back of the spoon to create a little well in the center.

Add the Berry Mixture: Spoon a dollop of the berry mixture into the well you just created in the yogurt. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the berry mixture into the yogurt gently, creating a marbled effect. Don't mix too much; you want to keep some distinct swirls.

Top It Off: If using granola, sprinkle a small amount on top of each cluster for added crunch. If desired, sprinkle with shredded coconut for extra flavor and decoration.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours or until the clusters are completely frozen.

Serve: Once frozen, carefully remove the clusters from the parchment paper. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
