2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt for a dairy-free option)

¼ cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan alternative)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp lemon juice

Pinch of sea salt

½ cup granola or crushed nuts (for topping, optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Mangoes: In a blender, add the diced mangoes and blend until smooth. You can reserve a few pieces for texture if desired.

    Combine the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the blended mango puree, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well until everything is fully blended and creamy.

      Taste and Adjust: Sample the mixture; adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if needed.

        Prepare the Molds: Line a baking dish (around 8x8 inches) with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal. Alternatively, you can use silicone molds for individual bars.
