Ingredients

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 ripe banana

1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

1 tablespoon shredded coconut (for garnish)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Gather all your ingredients and place the frozen mango chunks, frozen pineapple chunks, banana, coconut water, and Greek yogurt in a blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more coconut water until you reach your desired consistency.

Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter. Blend again for a few seconds to combine.

Pour the smoothie into tall glasses, leaving a little room at the top for garnish.

Sprinkle shredded coconut on top and add a sprig of fresh mint for an extra tropical touch.

Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Tropical Bliss Smoothie!
