Ingredients

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup coconut milk (or any preferred milk)

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (can substitute with dairy-free yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon chia seeds (for added nutrition)

Fresh fruit slices (like kiwi or berries) for garnish (optional)

Coconut flakes for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare Ingredients: If you haven't done so already, slice the bananas and measure out your frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chia seeds.

Blend the Smoothie: In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen pineapple, sliced bananas, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup if using), vanilla extract, and chia seeds. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop the blender and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is well combined.

Taste and Adjust: Taste your smoothie mixture. If you desire it sweeter, add more honey or maple syrup, blending again to incorporate.

Pour into Cups: Take silicone muffin cups or small paper cups and carefully pour the smoothie mixture into each cup, filling them about 3/4 of the way full.

Garnish (optional): If you want to add a decorative touch, sprinkle some coconut flakes or place a few slices of fresh fruit on top of each cup.

Freeze: Place the filled cups in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until the smoothie has completely frozen.

Serve: Once frozen solid, remove the cups from the freezer. To serve, let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes to soften slightly, then enjoy your refreshing Tropical Bliss Smoothie Cups right out of the cups, or you can run warm water over the outside of the cups for easier removal.

Storage: Any leftover smoothie cups can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
