Ingredients

2 cups fresh raspberries (or frozen, thawed)

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: crushed nuts, shredded coconut, mini chocolate chips

Instructions

Prepare the Raspberries: If using fresh raspberries, rinse and gently pat them dry. If using frozen, ensure they are completely thawed and excess moisture is removed.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Fill the Molds: Line a mini muffin tin or silicone molds with mini cupcake liners (if desired). Place a few raspberries in each liner, then scoop a generous tablespoon of the yogurt mixture on top of the raspberries. Use a toothpick or the back of a spoon to swirl the raspberries into the yogurt slightly.

Add Toppings: If you desire, sprinkle crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or mini chocolate chips on top of each yogurt bite for added texture and flavor.

Freeze: Carefully place the muffin tin or silicone molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, pop the yogurt bites out of the molds. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Enjoy your Healthy Treat!: These Frozen Raspberry Yogurt Bites make a deliciously cool snack perfect for warm days or a sweet indulgence anytime.
