Frozen Strawberry Banana Bark

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or dairy-free chocolate chips)

1/4 cup crushed nuts (such as almonds or walnuts, optional)

1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare Your Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring it extends over the edges for easy removal later.

    Mix Yogurt and Sweetener: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey (if using). Stir until well mixed, making sure it's smooth and creamy.

      Layer the Yogurt: Spread the yogurt mixture evenly across the lined baking sheet, creating a layer approximately 1/4 inch thick.

        Add Fruit: Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries and bananas over the yogurt layer. Gently press the fruit into the yogurt to ensure it sticks.

          Chocolate Drizzle: Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave in short 15-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth. Once melted, drizzle the chocolate over the fruit-topped yogurt.

            Add Toppings: Sprinkle the crushed nuts and shredded coconut on top of the chocolate drizzle for added texture and flavor, if desired.

              Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until completely solid.

                Cut & Serve: Once frozen, remove the bark from the baking sheet by lifting the parchment paper. Break or cut into pieces and serve immediately. Keep any leftovers stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
