To create the perfect Strawberry Mango Dream Yogurt Clusters, it all starts with the yogurt base. For a creamy texture that holds well while freezing, it’s essential to choose a good-quality yogurt. Greek yogurt is a fantastic option due to its thick consistency and high protein content, which helps keep you full longer. If you prefer a lighter texture, regular yogurt can also work, but consider straining it through a cheesecloth to enhance its creaminess.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup ripe mango, diced (fresh or frozen)

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla for extra sweetness)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust based on yogurt sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

1 cup granola or chopped nuts (for optional crunch)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and diced mango. If you prefer a sweeter flavor, drizzle in a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup. Toss gently to coat the fruit in the sweetness. Set aside.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a separate large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the remaining honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until well combined and creamy.

Combine: Gently fold in the strawberry and mango mixture into the yogurt. Make sure the fruit is evenly distributed throughout the yogurt.

Form the Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon or a cookie scoop, dollop spoonfuls of the yogurt-fruit mixture onto the parchment paper, forming clusters that are about 2 inches wide.

Add Crunch (Optional): If you like an added texture, sprinkle granola or chopped nuts on top of each yogurt cluster before freezing.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the yogurt clusters freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Store: Once fully frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and transfer them to an airtight container or freezer bag. These clusters can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.

Serve: Enjoy your Strawberry Mango Yogurt Clusters straight from the freezer as a refreshing, healthy snack!
