Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

1/4 cup granola (optional, for crunch)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.

Spread the Mixture: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and use a spatula to spread it into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.

Add Berries: Wash and chop any larger berries (like strawberries) into smaller pieces. Scatter the mixed berries evenly over the yogurt layer. Press them gently into the yogurt to secure them in place.

Drizzle With Granola (Optional): If you're using granola, sprinkle it evenly on top of the berries for an added crunch.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt is fully set and firm.

Break into Pieces: Once frozen, remove the yogurt bark from the freezer. Lift the parchment paper to remove it from the baking sheet and break the bark into pieces.

Serve or Store: Enjoy immediately or store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for a refreshing snack later.
