Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

    Add Flavor: If you’re using cinnamon or cocoa powder, sprinkle it in and whisk to incorporate fully into the yogurt mixture.

      Spoon and Shape: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each dollop gently with the back of a spoon, creating coin-shaped mounds.

        Prepare the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond butter and dark chocolate chips together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted. Be careful not to overheat as the chocolate may seize.
