Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Muffin Tin: Line a standard muffin tin with silicone or paper liners to make it easy to remove the cups later.

Mix the Yogurt: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and fully incorporated.

Layer the Granola: Add a spoonful of granola to the bottom of each muffin liner. Press it down gently to form a solid base.

Add the Yogurt: Spoon the yogurt mixture over the granola layer until each cup is about three-quarters full.

Top with Berries: Gently press a few mixed berries into the top of each yogurt cup. If desired, sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the yogurt for added sweetness and texture.

Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer and let the cups freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the granola cups from the muffin tin and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Enjoy: Grab a cup whenever you need a quick, healthy snack or dessert!
