2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon instant coffee granules

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup almond butter

1/2 cup chopped almonds (plus extra for topping)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for drizzling)

Blend the Base: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, instant coffee granules, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

    Add Almond Butter: Stir in the almond butter until well incorporated, making sure no lumps remain.
