Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup chia seeds (optional, for added texture)

1/2 cup fruit jam (strawberry, raspberry, or your favorite flavor)

Fresh fruit for topping (optional, like sliced bananas or berries)

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and chia seeds. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined and the oats are coated with the yogurt mixture.

Fill the Molds: Take a silicone ice cube tray or muffin tin and Spoon the oatmeal mixture into each mold, filling them about halfway (to allow space for the jam). Press the mixture down lightly to pack it in.

Add the Jam: Use a small spoon to create a little well in the center of each oatmeal bite. Add about 1 teaspoon of fruit jam into each well, ensuring that it's centered.

Top It Off: If desired, add a bit more oatmeal mixture on top of the jam to cover it, sealing the flavor in.

Freeze: Place the tray in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Unmold and Serve: Once frozen, remove the oatmeal bites from the molds by gently pushing from the bottom. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.

Serving Suggestion: Serve your Frozen Yogurt Oatmeal Jam Bites with fresh fruit on top for extra flavor, or enjoy them on their own as a healthy snack!
