1 ½ cups rolled oats

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

½ cup honey or maple syrup

1 ripe banana, mashed

½ cup nut butter (almond or peanut)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

⅓ cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Baking Dish: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon, and any optional chopped nuts or seeds. Stir until evenly mixed.

      Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), mashed banana, nut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.

        Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and combine thoroughly. Fold in the mixed berries and mini chocolate chips if using, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

          Spread in Dish: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Press it down firmly with a spatula or your hands to create an even layer.

            Freeze: Place the dish in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours until firm.

              Cut and Serve: Once frozen, lift the bars out of the dish using the parchment paper edges. Cut into squares or rectangles. Place in an airtight container and keep them in the freezer or serve immediately!
