Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup milk (any kind)

1 1/2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal

1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and milk. Whisk until smooth and creamy.

Fold in Berries: Gently fold in the mixed berries and mini chocolate chips (if using) into the yogurt mixture. Make sure to distribute them evenly but take care not to mash the berries.

Line the Muffin Tin: Grab a muffin tin and line it with silicone muffin cups or parchment paper for easy removal.

Add Yogurt Mixture: Spoon the yogurt mixture into the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

Top with Cereal: Crush the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal slightly to break up the pieces, then sprinkle a generous layer on top of each yogurt cup, pressing down gently to help them adhere.

Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer. Allow the bombs to freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Remove and Serve: Once frozen, gently pop the yogurt bombs out of the muffin tin. Allow them to sit at room temperature for a minute or two for easier removal if needed.

Garnish: Transfer the Frozen Yogurt Toast Crunch Bombs to a serving platter. Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles for a fun touch and enjoy immediately!
