Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 lemon, sliced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

2 cups asparagus, trimmed (or your choice of veggies)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Foil: Lay out 4 large pieces of aluminum foil, roughly 12x18 inches each. This will be the cooking vessel for the salmon and veggies.

Make the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and minced garlic until combined.

        Assemble the Packs:

          - Place one salmon fillet in the center of each piece of foil.

            - Drizzle the garlic butter mixture generously over each salmon fillet.

              - Season each fillet with oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.

                - Arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.

                  - Divide the asparagus evenly among the packs, placing it around or alongside the salmon.

Seal the Foil Packs: Fold the foil over the salmon and veggies tightly, sealing all edges to create a packet that holds the moisture inside while cooking.

Bake: Place the foil packs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve: Carefully unwrap the foil packs (caution: hot steam will escape) and transfer the salmon and veggies to plates. Garnish with chopped parsley, and enjoy your delicious garlic butter salmon!
