Ingredients

For the Steak Bites:

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Corn on the Cob:

4 ears of corn, husked and cleaned

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro), chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prep the Steak Bites:

    - Pat the sirloin steak cubes dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.

      Cook the Steak Bites:

        - In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.

          - Once the butter is melted and begins to foam, add half of the steak cubes in a single layer.

            - Sear for about 2-3 minutes per side (for medium-rare), or until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

              - Repeat with the remaining steak cubes, adding more butter if necessary.

                Add Garlic and Herbs:

                  - Lower the heat to medium and return all the steak cubes to the skillet.

                    - Add the minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Stir to coat the steak bites in the garlic and herbs, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and the steak is warmed through.

                      Finish and Garnish:

                        - Remove the skillet from heat. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and toss everything together until the butter is melted and evenly distributed.

                          - Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and set aside.

Cook the Corn on the Cob:

                              - While the steak bites are cooking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

                                - Add the corn on the cob and boil for about 5-7 minutes or until tender.

                                  - Remove from water and let cool slightly before slathering with butter.

                                    - Sprinkle with salt and paprika (if using) and garnish with fresh herbs.

                                      Serve:

                                        - Plate the garlic butter steak bites hot, alongside the buttery corn on the cob. Enjoy!
